Autumn is at the door. And now it is time to think of the next piece in the loom. This time it shall be an autumn piece. Red, yellow and blue? The leaves are still green on the trees, bushes and grass but that will be different within a months time. Today is September 1st which brings my thoughts to my late father as it was his birthday. He loved trees and planted quite an amount on this tree barren island called Iceland. He was also a lover of birds and flowering plants. He kept a large garden and had plants inside the house too to cherish during winter time when the outside nature slumbered. Yes it will be an autumn piece. Brain has started spinning.
Which is a good sign by the way :) I have published two postcards of the endangered Icelandic goat race. If anybody is interested in buying card let me know. They cost 150 ISKR each. These pictures were taken in Keldudalur, Skagafjörður in N Iceland in June this year.

I think an autumnal piece is definitely on the cards. Here in Melbourne, 1st September brings the first day of Spring. But to honour and remember your father, definitely autumn colours. Don't forget to post a photo of it on the site. Love Damyn :)
